I believe that God speaks to us as individuals and that sometimes it takes practice to learn how to hear or discern his voice. Spiritual Direction helps to create a space to connect with him and develop an ear to hear his voice.

I follow a model taught by Selah. It is a contemplative model that is rooted in the Bible and trinitarian in nature. All backgrounds are welcome to explore Spiritual Direction with me.

Spiritual Direction is not counseling or a space to give advice. I help to create a space for you to pause and connect with God. My role is to pray along with you and to help you discern what He is doing in your life or saying to you.
